Florida’s Premier Age Qualified Manufactured Home Community Adds 40 New Residences

PUNTA GORDA, Fla. - Jan. 20, 2016 - PRLog -- Buttonwood Village, Florida’s premier 55+ manufactured home community, announced today the addition of 40 new residences to its portfolio.  Constructed to help meet the demand for properties within the 54 acre community, the new homes are part of Buttonwood Village’s plan to add at least 100 new homes to its existing roster of 270 in the coming years.

On Saturday, January 23^rd, Buttonwood Village will celebrate the new units with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 1pm as well as a free Aloha Island-themed Grand Opening event for the public from 11am-3pm.

During Saturday’s free Grand Opening event, the public can enjoy raffles, refreshments, live music, properties tours, and more.  Live island variety music will be provided by Jimmy G, and refreshments will be provided by the Bull and Tarpon, a local Punta Gorda catering company.  Guests who purchase a home during this weekend event will receive $2,500 off of their new home.
