Do you socialise with people from work?

ROYSTON, U.K. - Jan. 19, 2016 - PRLog -- Getting to know your co-workers a bit better can help make a tough or boring job more bearable but how many of you actually do it? According to our survey where we asked 'do you socialise with people from work?' the split was pretty even with the yes camp just edging ahead.

Forty two percent said they do occasionally, we're thinking the obligatory leaving do and the Christmas party; whilst a similar amount, thirty nine percent, gave an outright 'no' and wouldn’t entertain going out with colleagues at all.

Similarly the extreme response groups, 'yes, all the time' and 'definitely not, I see enough of them at work', were also fairly evenly split with eleven percent versus eight percent respectively.

The fact is you probably spend more time with your colleagues than friends and loved ones. You may not want to admit it but you could even have more in common with people you regard as co-workers as opposed to friends with many shared experiences, common 'enemies' and an appreciation of 'what you do'.

We received 238 responses in total and the survey ran for a week (12th - 18th January 2016) on http://www.cvbrowser.com/.
