Top Capital of New York Expands EB-5 Economic Development Services with CEA International

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Jan. 14, 2016 - PRLog -- Top Capital of New York, LLC announced this week that they will be broadly expanding their portfolio of economic development consulting services in partnership with CEA International.  Top Capital of New York selected CEA International based on their extensive consulting experience in economic development for immigration and EB-5 applications of foreign investment in U.S. businesses that create new jobs in this country.

According to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, “Congress created the EB-5 Program in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors.  This sets aside EB-5 visas for participants who invest in commercial enterprises associates with regional centers approved by the USCIS based on proposals for promoting economic growth.
