By: Cedar Lake Cellars The four-course menu includes an Italian antipasti sampler with peppadew poppers, marinated olives and button mushrooms, mini parmesan wedge, and crostini bread straws. The second course is a baby romaine wedge with roasted pork belly, diced tomatoes, and gorgonzola dressing. The third course has four options: a lobster and crab-topped beef tenderloin; a prosciutto-wrapped chicken breast with a carbonara cream sauce and fresh peas; almond-encrusted tilapia with a lemon butter sauce, and; portobello mushrooms stacked with roasted peppers, goat cheese and asparagus. The fourth course is grand marnier-soaked ladyfingers layered with a mascarpone hazelnut chocolate mousse, candied pecans, and a light cocoa whipped cream. Reservations are required for Valentine’s Day restaurant dining, which is $120 per couple and includes a bottle of wine.
