Trial Attorney Jason Guari Named as a “Top Lawyer” in 2016 South Florida Legal Guide

West Palm Beach, FL – Trial Attorney Jason Guari has again been selected to be included in the 2016 edition of the South Florida Legal Guide’s “Top Lawyer” in the practice areas of personal injury and wrongful death - Plaintiff. This is the 11th consecutive year with this distinguished honor.

Jason is dedicated to helping individuals and their families who have been wrongfully injured due to the negligence of others. He seeks justice in areas of plaintiff personal injury and insurance disputes. This wrongful death, nursing home neglect, insurance bad faith, product liability, automotive crash-worthiness, premises liability, aviation law and automotive liability.

Jason is an active member of the Florida Bar and is a Fellow Pledge member of the Florida Bar Foundation. He is a past Board of Directors member and current Eagle Contributor of the Florida Justice Association (Member of Membership and Continuing Legal Education Committee). He is a member of the American Association for Justice, and is a former Director of the Board of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is also a voluntary instruction in the Florida Supreme Court’s Justice Teaching Program. Jason now serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Leukemia Lymphoma Society – Palm Beach Area Chapter. Jason is also a volunteer instructor for the Justice Teaching program, created by the Justices of the Florida Supreme Court, which is designed to bring civics to middle school students.
