The HD machine comes equipped with a 4 HP HSD high frequency collet spindle, 4-zone vacuum table, 9 HP Becker rotary vane vacuum pump, and an automatic tool calibration pad. Key features are all steel construction providing a stable foundation for the router resulting in superior cut quality and edge finish. In addition, the machine includes helical rack-n-pinion drives on the X and Y axis, a ball screw on the Z axis, an easy-to-use hand held control pendant, and a vacuum hood designed with concentrated flow at the spindle tool making it very effective in cleaning up the chips as it routes.
