DxMA Elects Lawrence Worden president and Debra Harrsch president-elect

JERSEY CITY, N.J. - Jan. 13, 2016 - PRLog -- The Diagnostic Marketing Association (DxMA) is pleased to announce the election of Lawrence Worden of Market Diagnostics International, as president and Debra Harrsch of Brandwidth Solutions as president-elect to two-year terms running through the end of 2017.

Also elected to two-year leadership positions were Ned Gordon of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics who will serve as treasurer and Narayan Krishnaswami of MilliporeSigma as secretary.

Mr. Worden is the vice president and senior partner of Market Diagnostics International (MDxI, http://www.mdxint.com). (http://www.mdxint.com) He has more 35 years of experience in the field of medical/scientific market research with a primary focus of In Vitro diagnostics. As a co-founder MDxI, he consults with clients in the design and implementation of international market research studies and helps clients integrate these findings with their organizational goals and objectives. Prior to MDxI, he was a senior consultant and co-founder at CaseBauer & Associates, an international business development and research firm exclusively focused on In Vitro diagnostics. He has also held marketing and research positions with Becton Dickinson and Company, AdvaMed, IMS Health, and Luning Prak Associates.

Ms. Harrsch is the founder and CEO of marketing and communications firm Brandwidth Solutions LLC (http://www.brandwidthsolutions.com). For more than two decades, she has provided marketing expertise to Fortune 500 companies to help develop brand recognition and drive profit growth. She has served in executive, directorship, and consulting positions in the healthcare, biotech, energy and chemical industries, where she has implemented successful research, marketing and PR plans, and online and print media advertising campaigns.

She has held positions with Mallinckrodt Corp., Berger SFC/Mettler-Toledo Autochem Inc., and InnaPhase Corp./Thermo Fisher Scientific.. Her clients at Brandwidth Solutions include Thermo Fisher Scientific, Angle PLC, Sekisui Diagnostics, Rottendorf Pharma, Neuland Labs Ltd, Waters Corporation, Perkin Elmer, DCAT, Wheaton Industries.

Mr. Gordon has more than 20 years of marketing experience and is currently senior director of global marketing for the point of care business unit at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics. In this role, Ned is responsible for managing the product life cycle of next generation POC platforms and whitespace opportunities. Prior to his work at Siemens, he held positions at Mettler Toledo Inc. and Rohm and Haas Company.

Mr. Krishnaswami is the senior global marketing manager for diagnostics and testing at MiliporeSigma. He has been active in the IVD industry for the past 26 years with experience in global marketing, strategy, product Ddvelopment and product management at companies such as bioMerieux, Promega, Becton Dickinson (Lee Labs), and Promega.
