The Collection at RiverPark announces Stefanie Muegel, Jill Almonia as new marketing team

OXNARD, Calif. - Jan. 12, 2016 - PRLog -- The Collection at RiverPark, Oxnard’s premier fashion retail, dining and entertainment destination, recently announced Stefanie Muegel as the center’s Marketing Manager, and Jill Almonia as the Marketing and Business Development Coordinator.

At The Collection, a CenterCal Properties, LLC shopping center, Muegel is responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans in accordance with the property’s positioning and sales growth, developing and managing strategic partnerships for income-generating platforms, as well as carrying out and evaluating signature events and marketing programs.

“I’m thrilled that my expertise with CenterCal Properties has afforded me the opportunity to help grow its newest, burgeoning shopping center in Southern California,” said Muegel. “We anticipate 2016 to be a year of major growth for The Collection, as we continue to deliver more of the high-end retailers the Ventura County community seeks in order to offer an all-encompassing shopping experience.”

Muegel’s appointment at The Collection is preceded by an impressive body of work at its sister property, Blackhawk Plaza, in Northern California.  Prior to working with CenterCal Properties, Muegel worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Madison Marquette’s Bayfair Center, where she was responsible for driving sales and retailer relations, as well as growing net operating income and the shopping center’s digital presence.

Almonia’s responsibilities as Marketing and Business Development Coordinator at The Collection include generating income for the property through events and advertising opportunities, as well as managing the carts at The Collection program. Her experience in property management spans ten years specializing in residential communities. Her career launched in the Bay Area and relocated her to Southern California with a compelling opportunity to launch one of Oxnard’s newest premier residential communities in 2010. Almonia subsequently worked with The Vines at RiverPark, a townhome rental development, where she was tasked with designing and branding the new master-planned community, which later sold as a record-breaking deal in Ventura County. Almonia’s love for the RiverPark community and the value it offers businesses and residents is exemplified by her involvement with the RiverPark Residents and Homeowners’ neighborhood events committee and her passion for connecting with local non-profit and charitable causes.
