Cary Family Dental Opens Its Operations Call Center

CARY, N.C. - Jan. 13, 2016 - PRLog -- In an effort to better serve their patients Cary Family Dental opened their Operations Call Center in September 2015. The Center is designed to offer one on one attention to all of their patients. The staff can focus on answering patient questions, meeting the patients’ needs regarding insurance and helping insure the quality of care that each and every patient deserves. The Center helps relieve the front office staff, so that they can concentrate on checking patients out and answering questions without rushing or being distracted.

80% of all inbound calls are answered by the Center. The Center is not an answering service, they are fully staffed by individuals who know and understand the workings of Cary Family Dental. While optimizing their customer service and patient interaction the call center has become a vital part of servicing each caller and making sure they get the patient to the right doctor as well as the right treatment.
