Gauri Khan Visits Dubai to Promote Maison&Objet

Jan. 11, 2016 - PRLog -- Dubai, January 12, 2016: Gauri Khan, wife of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, was in Dubai to promote Maison&Objet - the most premium showcase for international home fashion and design that takes place in Paris at the end of January.

Gauri Khan has created a formidable reputation in the world of interior design with iconic pieces from her collections being retailed at her flagship stores in India. In an added testimonial to her distinguished design journey, Mrs. Khan has now been invited to showcase her latest collection at MAISON&OBJET, in Paris, from 22 to 26 January. This very prestigious, biannual, international home fashion and design show, sees 80000 visitors from 140 countries converge over the four days to witness creativity and design presented by more than 3200 exhibitors. Mrs. Khan’s new collection for Maison&Objet will be on display at the Steinway Lyngdorf showroom, in Defense Colony, Delhi.

Mrs. Khan’s collection for MAISON&OBJET reflects her impeccable sense of style and taste and has been fabricated by CraftreD Designs Pvt. Ltd. The collection will be displayed across stand I112/J111 in hall 7, in a section titled “Scènes d’intérieur gallery – now design à vivre!”

Confirming the announcement of her participation, Mrs. Khan said “MAISON&OBJET is one of the world’s most prestigious addresses for someone in the world of interior design. Mrs. Khan was in Dubai with her family over the last few days. During this time, she did an exclusive photoshoot for Maison&Objet here. The family brought in the New Year with friends at an intimate gathering at their beautiful home in Palm Jumeirah, where they were staying over the holiday season.

“I love being in Dubai. It is a second home for us. It feel’s great to be able to begin 2016 with sharing the news of this invitation to Maison&Objet, here in Dubai. We have just opened our first store outside of Mumbai, in Delhi, and with so many customers buying from us from Dubai, it’s certainly my plan to launch a store here as well,” she said
