PADUCAH, Ky. - Jan. 6, 2016 - PRLog -- Credit Bureau Systems, a national Accounts Receivables Management (ARM) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions provider, is proud to announce the addition of Bill Nesmith as Regional Sales Manager. Bill will lead business development efforts for a multi-state region with special emphasis in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee.

Bill joins Credit Bureau Systems after working for Franklin Collection Services as Regional Vice President and President of Magnolia Finance.  He is currently leads the Membership Committee for Healthcare Financial Management Association - Mississippi Chapter and is active promoting healthcare educational issues and association participation.  A University of Mississippi Alumni who attended on a golf scholarship, he also holds the distinction of being a Certified Police Officer and former City Council Member for Tupelo, MS.
