DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Jan. 6, 2016 - PRLog -- NCP is hiring Regional Sales Managers in Delray Beach, FL.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations of the assigned territory, including but not limited to: a.) Hiring, motivating, daily maintenance & mentoring of outside sales team. b.) Implement, reinforce & respect new and existing policies and procedures. c.) Reports promptly for work daily and displays reliability & loyalty towards the company. d.) Reports directly to the Regional Vice President   e.) The execution and success of all above mentioned directives will be a direct reflection of the Sales Manager.  A positive & progressive mental attitude is expected – without outside/inside interference or ‘drama’.  Any dissention or divisiveness will be dealt with seriously and appropriately.
