NORWALK, Conn. - Jan. 5, 2016 - PRLog -- Advantage International, a sponsorship and brand experience agency, is pleased to announce the hiring of several individuals in the Creative, Experiential, Hospitality and Sponsorship divisions.

• Allison Bolla, Account Manager, Hospitality – A Texas native, Allison brings 10+ years experience in restaurant management and brand-side marketing to the Norwalk office. Allison will be integral in growing the Hospitality division across existing and prospective clients.

• Chris Krupp, Account Manager, Experiential – Chris’ 12+ year career has been focused on developing and activating experiential marketing programs, having spent the past 7 years at GMR Marketing. Chris has activated hundreds of events across sports, entertainment and lifestyle properties. He will primarily oversee a team dedicated to delivering experiential marketing programs for LG Electronics.

• Ayana Duncanson, Account Executive, Sponsorship –Ayana’s college basketball playing career helps bring a new perspective to the sponsorship team in activating LG Electronics’ college sports platform. A native of New York, Ayana brings previous experience working at Target and Octagon.

• Lianna Hachborn, Account Executive, Hospitality – Lianna joins the Advantage team full-time after spending the past year activating events for Octagon and Townsquare Media. A 2014 graduate of Roanoke College, Lianna will help manage a number of hospitality-based programs.

• Daizy Neri, Project Coordinator, Creative – Daizy will be vital to trafficking creative and managing approvals for all of Advantage’s clients. Based out of Advantage’s LA office, Daizy previously spent 2+ years at IPG sister-agency, Golin.
