Miller Homes Yorkshire Starts New Year on House Building High

Jan. 4, 2016 - PRLog -- A team of house builders who create developments across the Yorkshire region is starting 2016 on a house building high after a strong year of sales and growth in 2015.

Miller Homes Yorkshire saw out 2015 with one of its most impressive performances in a number of years and welcomes 2016 with strong forward sold figures and the start of some exciting new developments bringing more new homes to the region.

The team, which currently has nine developments in the region, also has several staff which have won industry awards from the National House Building Council (NHBC).

Furthermore the team is supported by the national team which is based in Edinburgh. Part of the Miller Group, the national team ensure cohesive branding, marketing and strategy giving strength and recognition whilst allowing the regions to remain largely independent in its day-to-day activities.

Regional initiatives, which support each angle of the business, are supported by  national initiatives which include ‘The Miller Difference’  a policy for all staff outlining the ways in which Miller Homes makes a difference to every aspect of the house buying journey from initial reservation, through the sales and build process to completion and after care.

The house builder also enjoys five star status from the National House Building Council and in its last customer satisfaction survey over 95% said they would recommend Miller Homes.

“We strive to be the best locally and nationally and this is reflected in the confidence buyers demonstrate in our homes,” said Steve. “It’s important to us that we build homes where they are needed most in both rural, town and city locations, and that we offer a mix of house styles and sizes to support the needs of a variety of buyers.”

In Yorkshire, the housebuilder delivers a range of properties from one bedroom apartments in East Ardsley priced from £69,995 to five bedroom luxury homes  in Harrogate priced from £820,000.

The housebuilder also has a range of purchasing inititatives to give buyers more choice and flexibility.  Included is the Government scheme, Help to Buy, as well as independent Miller Homes schemes such as Home Exchange, Deposit Match and Recommend a Friend.*

Privas Court near Wetherby and Chene Hall at Killinghall, near Harrogate have scheduled openings in the first quarter of 2016. Three further developments are planned for later in the year.
