SULLIVAN, Mo. - Dec. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Return to Red Winds is Donna Eimer Villani’s sequel to her novel The Capture of Art.  The story begins with a tea party as Grammy tells tales, or as they call it “gossip,” to the young Christy about the life of Olivia Webster Brown and those closest to her.

Throughout the years, Christy is fascinated with Grammy’s storytelling. They laugh and cry, but at times, Christy notices Grammy’s mind wanders and she seems to be remembering some gossip she does not want to tell Christy. Grammy recalls the tale that when Olivia and her family came back to live at Red Winds, it was a happy and sad time rolled into one; but with Grammy’s abrupt hesitations, the gossip becomes even more mysterious to Christy.

As Grammy ages, she dreams but her wandering mind becomes more frequent, and now Christy feels Grammy is holding back some secrets about the gossip.

Knowing her days are numbered, Grammy arranges to continue the gossip, and on special occasions has correspondence set up to be sent to Christy.

Return to Red Winds contains adult situations and language in Grammy’s dream segments and in her correspondence to the older Christy, when she explains why Olivia left her family for another man and how it affected them. With Grammy’s love forever in her heart, and thoughts of the beautiful trees, Christy always finds a way to Return to Red Winds.

“This beautifully crafted novel pays tribute to family relationships and is a most worthy sequel. We are pleased to announce its release,” said Robert Fletcher, CEO of Strategic Book Publishing and Rights Agency.
