Fernandez is the only wedding planner in America certified by the Kreaptive SA Wedding Institute in Mumbai, India, to organize South Asian weddings and to certify new professionals in this niche. Fernandez - a Master Bridal Consultant recognized by the Association of Bridal Consultants - is the founder of Dream Weddings Mexico (a wedding planning firm specializing in luxury destination weddings) and Ferza Eventos (a decor firm focused on floral design).
