Byrobot Announces Support for FAA Drone Registration

Drone Developer Encourages End-Users to Comply with New FAA Law
By: Byrobot, USA

LOS ANGELES - Dec. 22, 2015 - PRLog -- With the recent announcement that all unmanned aircraft systems (Drones) must be registered with US Federal Aviation Administration (https://www.faa.gov/uas/) (FAA), many drone manufacturers are feeling anxious about the future of their products. However, BYROBOT, developer of the world’s first Drone Fighter mini combat quadcopter, has stated publically that it welcomes this new regulation as a means of improving air-traffic safety across the United States.

As Drones have become increasingly popular with consumers around the world, a variety of safety concerns have developed. Of particular concern are issues relating to interference with commercial airplanes. BYROBOT executives have made it clear to the public that they stand ready to make registration easier for consumers and are willing to work with the FAA towards that effort in any way.

“Clearly there are public safety issues that must be addressed when it comes to drones,” commented Tom LaVoie, BYROBOT’s VP of Sales. “As a family-friendly company we enthusiastically support the FAA in its effort to create a safe environment for people to enjoy drones. Most importantly, we encourage all our end-users to register their drones with the FAA to be compliant with the new law.”

Furthering BYROBOT’s position on public safety, LaVoie continued: “We have been at the forefront of safety and privacy issues with our unique drone designs such as LED’s that cannot be turned which helps eliminate spying.”

BYROBOT, developer of the world’s first Drone Fighter mini combat quadcopter, will be launching the Petrone Drone at CES 2016. The Petrone Drone is a stylish smart drone with advanced technology that includes patented Turtle Turn Technology as well as an auto-hovering system, battle game system, upgradeable weapons, smart device control, voice control and numerous other features. The Petrone Drone will be available for testing at CES Booth #25829 South Hall.
