New Year’s Eve Gran Galà at Hotel relais & Chateaux in Tuscany Il Bottaccio

- Queensland Pasta Tagliatelle with lobster and grilled chicken
- Lamb fillet cooked in Banana Leaf with Malagasy sauce
- Joparà
- Sorbet from the Island of Paradise
- Lytchees and Madagascar Vanilla Sorbet with Basil Caramel
- Dessert: Aromas and flavors of the South Seas
- Caribbean Ruhm Bavarian with Chocolate and Coconut Waffles
- Papaya Skewers with Crunchy Dried Fruit

Guests will enjoy live Music with the Salsamba Quartet and the artistic aerial silks and aerial hoop by Eleonora Valorz. We are going to raffle a two nights stay for two at Relais&Chateaux Il Bottaccio.
