With interest rates remaining at historic lows, it’s a good time to buy a home. Keith and Courtney Williams are first time homeowners who recently got a mortgage for their home with Mortgage Bankers Association. They explain to Designing Spaces how their experience with their lender was extremely positive. The loan officer communicated with the couple regularly, and they were able to close 30 days after putting in their offer for their home. Additionally, President and CEO of Mortgage Bankers Association, David Stevens, gives tips on how to make the process of buying a home easier.
