Improved Productivity at Indiana Customer Manufacturer CF Roark Thanks to Bastian Solutions

Dec. 22, 2015 - PRLog -- C.F. Roark Welding and Engineering Company provides custom fabrication and electron beam welding services for the aerospace, energy, and science industries. A company just over 60 years old and spanning three generations, Roark fabricates custom manufactured metal works for the aerospace industry out of Brownsburg, IN.

C.F. Roark Welding and Engineering Company purchased a Muratec Pre-Owned AS/RS Crane from Bastian Solutions to streamline the company’s handling and storage of tooling and dies. This purchase led to many benefits for Roark including the fact that tools and dies are now stored in a single, AS/RS lane.  The 60 pallet positions are easily accessible through one station providing increased overall organization of Roark’s fabrication shop.

Bastian Solutions ensures that all clients, including Roark achieve improved productivity and cost savings due to organization and floor space savings as well as increased workflow through decreased forklift traffic.
