Promise Foundation of Barbour County Receives $100,00 Donation
This gracious donation will assist the Foundation in its goal to raise the funds needed to construct BCBank Park, the new community athletic complex at Philip Barbour High School in Philipi, W.Va.
The check will be presented to the Foundation on Monday, December 21 at 1:30 p.m. at the Belington Clinic, 705 N Sturmer St., Belington, WV 26250.
“The Belington Community Medical Services Association, Inc. Board of Directors and myself are happy to contribute to the Promise Foundation of Barbour County,” said Eric Ruf, CEO/President of the Belington Community Medical Services Association. “It is our mission to provide quality health and wellness services to the community. We are inspired by the goal of the Foundation - to build a facility that promotes health and wellness, physical activity and sporting events, to the high school and the community.”
In response a matching challenge presented by BCBank, Inc., the local bank institution will match this contribution, making it a total donation of $200,00.
The Belington Clinic has shown a deep commitment to not only the new athletic facility at the high school but also a tremendous investment in the health and wellness of Barbour County. In partnering with the Promise Foundation of Barbour County, the Belington Clinic is helping to move this dream forward.
