Dec. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- Saint Paul, Minnesota  – EDRM, the leading standards organization for the e-discovery market, announced today that it will partner with Kroll Ontrack, an e-discovery technology and service provider, in hosting a session on “25 E-discovery Warnings in 75 Minutes” at Legaltech New York 2016.

George Socha, EDRM co-founder and president of Socha Consulting, will join Josh Zylbershlag, vice president of Kroll Ontrack, to moderate a fast-paced series of live stories from audience members, who will give three-minute examples from their own experiences of e-discovery situations gone wrong, explain how the issue was ultimately resolved and share their lessons learned. Legaltech New York participants interested in sharing their stories during this session are encouraged to submit their ideas at www.ediscovery.com/ltnyspeakers by January 8, 2016.

“The session will offer 25 opportunities to learn from the mistakes of others – an educational and entertaining way to increase one’s own success rate,” says Socha. “We originally presented this session format at ILTACON 2015 with great success, and I look forward to digging into the new challenges and resolutions shared by Legaltech New York participants.”

“Nothing is more helpful to an e-discovery practitioner than learning from the war stories and hard-won victories of those who deal with e-discovery nuances day in and day out,” says Zylbershlag. “The legal technology ecosystem is filled with creative, determined experts who strive to improve e-discovery management with advanced technologies and processes. I look forward to hearing from these experts and sharing the experience with Legaltech attendees in this session.”

The session will take place on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, from 3:45 to 5:00 p.m. at the Legaltech conference at the New York Hilton Midtown on the Avenue of the Americas.
