SWINTON, U.K. - Dec. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- The Fountains Care Centre in Salford held their annual Christmas Fayre last week in which a total of £315 was raised towards the resident's fund.

The money was raised by inviting local stallholders into the Care Centre in order to sell gifts, as well as holding a raffle with some lovely prizes.

Father Christmas was also present to meet the children, all of whom were strangely well-behaved for the day!

James Grant-Parkes, who is a director of Liberty Health Care who manage The Fountains Care Centre said that 'all of our residents, staff and visitors look forward to our Christmas Fayre, it is a lovely occasion which marks the start of the Christmas party season at The Fountains Care Centre'.

The resident's fund helps to develop additional activities and entertainment at the Fountains Care Centre for all of the residents to enjoy.

The Fountains Care Centre provides nursing and residential care for up to 98 residents in a beautiful location next to Victoria Park in Salford. The Fountains Care Centre also specialises in caring for those who are living with a dementia, as well as those needing short term and palliative care.
