ARMotors Porsche Extended Warranty

JEBEL ALI, UAE - Dec. 14, 2015 - PRLog -- One reason might be the extensive process one has to endure to receive extended warranty status. This is due to the lengthy approval process of car manufacturer.  The other reason might be the transparency of the actual warranty. A lot of extended warranty contracts have a long list of exclusions preventing car owners to enroll. When talking to car owners and discussing warranty offers of dealers the owner believes that due to the exclusions all repairs will have to be shouldered by the owner thus make the extended warranty paid unattractive.

Looking at the after sales market you find only a very few independent workshops offering extended warranties. A refreshing example of these workshops is ARMotors. ARMotors is the largest independent Super Sports Car workshop in the UAE offering extended warranty packages for brands like Ferrari, Maserati and Porsche.

We asked Alex Renner from ARMotors why they decided to offer an extended warranty for Porsche. “Like with all the special services we offer, we conducted a survey amongst our Porsche clients. We simply asked them if we would run an extended warranty would they be interested in considering joining? The overwhelming response was yes. We believe that the relation build over the years instills trust in our expertise and in what we do on a daily basis. We then looked at our offer and decided to make it as transparent as possible. We also have a distinct advantage that our process to establish a warranty is quick, easy and does not require any factory involvement.  In addition, we decided to add modifications into the contract.” Alex explained, “When looking at modifications such as spoiler kits or tuning packages all manufacturer refuse to allow these to be part of the warranty. We did not want to exclude Porsche enthusiasts from our extended warranty and included their modifications into our warranty program.” Alex continued “We further decided to create a very simple contract, highlighting on the features of our program. It is imperative that the warranty program and its process is simple, transparent and fair to all parties.

In addition to this we produced a video showcasing our warranty program for Porsche cars. This video can be viewed on our website or our YouTube channel.” Alex concluded, “We believe to have a competitive, complete and transparent Porsche extended Warranty program.”
