Pantry Perfection Wants to Help New Cooks Ring in a Healthier, Tastier New Year

Taking the guesswork out of where to start in the kitchen with pre-designed kitchen tool packages.

BOISE, Idaho - Dec. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Everyone loves food.  Not only is it required for human survival, but also in many cases, happiness.  Food has connections to emotions.  Cooking and eating together is a family tradition in cultures all over the world.  With the advent of cooking channels, the introduction of multiculturalism in urban areas, and rise of the “foodie” culture, today, people are as interested in the art of cooking as they are in eating.  Enter Pantry Perfection.  Pantry Perfection is a new monthly program that brings new and interesting cooking tools to homes through a subscription program.  Their program aims to encourage people to try new dishes they would not have attempted before for lack of tools and the necessary kitchen gadgets that appear on their favorite television.

“We got the idea from listening to friends and family complain about never having the right tools to keep up with Food Network shows,” says founder Amy Rinkin  “A recipe will call for lemon rind shavings or a tiny scoop of something and they don't have the tool to make it so they put it off for a later day, thinking they'll remember to go by Williams and Sonoma.  We bring these products to their door so they don't have to remember.”

Pantry Perfection wants to help everyone learn how to cook, and learning to cook starts with having the best kitchen tools and gadgets.  Their subscription program is designed for the new cook.  Each month they will send out a new package of kitchen tools that are automatically delivered with ideas and suggestions for use.  Every month will contain something unique and different to add to the collection.  The goal is that at the end of one year, people will have gathered all of the kitchen basics.  At that point, they may choose to continue with a subscription so that they continue gathering more advanced kitchen tools and gadgets.

“Cooking is so much fun, especially when you have good gadgets and good ingredients,” says Amy.  “We want to get people back in the kitchen, whether they are new cooks or cooks trying to up their game.  It's not only a fun past time but one many find relaxing.”
