GROWTH: Even during the economic ups and downs over the past 15 years, Fur-Get Me Not has been able to keep expanding. Fur-Get Me Not started as a pet sitting company and has added dog walking, dog daycare, dog boarding, dog training, and a DIY dog wash service. About Fur-Get Me Not: Tammy Rosen founded Fur‐Get Me Not in 2000 as a small pet sitting business operating out of her home. By 2003, the company had grown to 25 employees and opened a dog daycare facility at a great location in Arlington. Since then, the company has continued to expand service offerings, which now include dog daycare, boarding, dog walking, pet sitting, and dog training. Fur-Get Me Not opened a Dog Training School next door to the existing dog daycare facility in 2011. In the Adams Morgan neighborhood of DC, the company offers a popular do-it-yourself dog wash. Fur-Get Me Not now has offices in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC, and employs 140 employees that have provided service to over 12,000 customers.
