TransCirrus introduces v2.4 of its Flex Infrastructure Operating Environment

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. - Dec. 9, 2015 - PRLog -- TransCirrus is excited to announce the general release of v2.4-0 of its user empowering software.   In response to multiple customer inputs, we have made enhancements in several key areas:

* LDAP Support: Release 2.4 has added support for the popular Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).   LDAP is used throughout the enterprise IT landscape as a single sign on mechanism, and its addition to TransCirrus’ Infrastructure Operating Environment simplifies user interaction within the customer’s environment.

* API’s:  With release of v1.0 of its API suite, TransCirrus enables integration of its software deeper into a customer’s environment.  The API will create multiple opportunities for TransCirrus’ VAR partners to tune a TransCirrus Flexible Infrastructure deployment to the specific needs of its customers.

* SECURITY:  In Release 2.4 TransCirrus has partnered with aPersona to add support for Adaptive Multi Factor Authentication (AMFA). With the integration of aPersona’s Adaptive Security Manager™ and its evaluation of hundreds of parameters with each login, TransCirrus now offers previously unheard of security for its management console.

Combined, these improvements significantly enhance the User Empowerment and security offered to TransCirrus’ customers, enabling the best of private and public cloud solutions.
