HOUSTON - Dec. 8, 2015 - PRLog -- PLC Capital Corporation purchased a 12,109 square foot Garden Atrium Office Building at 4200 S. Shepherd, Houston, TX 77098, from Harper Construction and Leasing Company. Adam McAlpine and Roddy McAlpine of McAlpine Interests were the brokers involved in this transaction. The buyer plans to update and renovate this multi-tenant property to better fit its A-class location.

Roddy McAlpine formed McAlpine Interests in 2007 focusing primarily in the office, land, investment, retail and industrial real estate markets in the Greater Houston area, including Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita, Dayton, Baytown, Cleveland, and central Houston.
