A Star is Born Connects The Neighborhood's Facebook and Wordpress Communities Far Beyond the Link

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Dec. 6, 2015 - PRLog -- The Neighborhood creator and producer of A Star is Born, Kendall F. Person, accidentally developed a template, when he launched 'The Lives We Live' the very first Reality-Show based in a blog and played out via Facebook.

Bridging the two, beyond the standard link, became the pressing question and the key to attracting and growing an audience, that rarely ventures from homebase.

The answer came in a Reality Show, that sent the popularity at both locations soaring. So Person decided to take a risk. Thepublicblogger's Online Awards Show had been its most popular posts. But the decision to merge  the Awards Show & the Reality Show - would be one of the most unsung, imaginative and original ideas within the Arts, online society and blogging in recent memory. A Star is Born reduced the nominee field from 45 to 11 and the categories from 7 to just one: Best Performance of the Year.

Person understands the dynamics of Facebook homesteaders versus those on Wordpress and beyond. He never forgets, they have two audiences and he keeps both entertained. The Neighborhood has become a destination for underground Artists to take part in brilliant collaborations, while honing their craft. But building the marquee show, however, has taken precedence and center stage.

"The audience and fans have been nothing short of amazing, to come to have made it their own, even the idea cannot be Googled. That alone usually would prevent us from exploring." says Person. A Judges Panel, an Inner Council and online Public Voting, deliver a professionalism and competition, that  is surprising.
