Comfort Inn Miami Valley Centre Mall - Piqua, OH Announces $2M Renovation

PIQUA, Ohio - Dec. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Opening in 1988, the Comfort Inn Miami Valley Centre Mall – Piqua, OH is located at 987 E. Ash St, Piqua, OH.  The hotel is located on the southwest corner of I-75 and US Route 36, just 1-mile from downtown Piqua, OH.  Connected to the Miami Valley Centre Mall, hotel guest have access to the 500,000 sq. ft. mall, including anchor stores with Sears, Elder-Beerman and Dunham’s Sports.  Complete with food court, conference rooms and Cinemark Theatre, the mall offers at more than 50 retail and service outlets for the hotel guest to enjoy.

The Mid-America Management Corporation commenced the $2M renovation in November, 2015 and will include complete renovation of all guest rooms including new furniture, soft goods and appliances along with public space area, pool area and fitness center.  The renovation will include a reduction in total room count from 123-rooms to 82-rooms and 21-suites for a total room count of 103-rooms.  Additionally, renovation will also include a complete revival of the exterior.  Joseph Taylor, Vice President for Mid-American Management Corporation states, “We are committed to provide the best rooms, suites and services possible.”
