Fuzu and Youth Dynamix Kenya awarded for Best New Innovative Campaign

NAIROBI, Kenya - Dec. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Fuzu Ltd partnered with marketing agency Youth Dynamix for launching a new online career service in Kenya. The activation campaign’s aim was to build awareness on the Fuzu offering and to ensure that Fuzu platform attracts high number of registrations with adequate calibre to fulfil the needs of the Kenyan recruiters. The two-month launch campaign consisted of informational activation events in different shopping malls and traffic hubs across Nairobi, as well as targeted visits to university campuses and churches. A brand Ambassador team of six people engaged passersby by asking them about their career wishes and telling them about Fuzu, a new way of job hunting and recruiting, with the goal to get them sign up to the service.

Fuzu received praise for their innovative approach including outfits portraying different careers, which helped to convey the brand promise, as well as involving a professional career advisor to give one-on-one guidance. Supported by digital outreach, the campaign reached more than 50 000 Nairobians.
