More Talent Joins ‘Chasing The Star’
Lansing, Michigan based Collective Development Inc. entered into a three-picture deal with Lightworx Entertainment.
The second film being directed by Bret Miller, entitled “Chasing the Star” is about the quest of the magi. For many people these three figures are no longer truly known. Their actions are known but little is known about the men themselves. This second film will shoot in spring 2016. It’s being prepped for release during the 2017 holiday season.
Two actors who had featured roles in “40 Nights” will be stepping into larger sandals for this go around. The first talent is seasoned character actor Anthony Hornus, (Dean Teaster’s Ghost Town, Wicked Spring) who will be portraying the caravan master.
“Tony has a knack for playing rough, edgy roles and this role is tailor made for his intensity.” – DJ Perry, producer
Out second announcement is California-based talent Logan Kishi, (Mike and Molly, Last Man Standing). He will be playing a powerful supporting role in the “Chasing the Star” film. Logan has an undeniable charisma and a genuine love for the entertainment industry. He additionally brings a seasoned professional attitude at a surprisingly young age. He so impressed producers on “40 Nights” that he was offered the larger role in the follow up film. Upon reading the script he immediately accepted the role.
Casting is in full swing and more announcements will be forthcoming.
