For Concerto a Quattro Mani, we are proud to announce the presence of another well known Chef of Tuscany; Patrizio Giacomelli. Patrizio is famous for a number of exquisite dishes and very sought after for his outstanding ways of preparing fish.

Our symphony of tastes is accompanied by live music in the majestic scenario of the Bottaccio restaurant: we are pleased to announce the presence of "ExclusIVe"  a Saxophone Quartet, selected for the prestigious concert recording of the Vatican Radio in December 2010 and winners of the scholarship Trento Mauro. ExclusIVe come from various concert experiences in Italian and foreign events, for important music associations and chamber music festivals: their music is a "sparkling" combination of professionalism and freshness, their repertoire combines high-level classical pieces for saxophone quartet, both original and transcribed music "borrowed" from jazz, swing and soundtracks.
