Using the altered state of hypnosis, I guide clients to access deeper layers of their minds to release unconscious blocks to goals. Altered hypnotic-trance has been used for thousands of years to explore deeper levels of reality. Hypnosis is not an unconscious state. Subjects are actually hyper-attentive to the subject at hand and fully engaged in the process. They more readily access deeper levels of consciousness, where a limiting belief structure may be held.

As highly intelligent creatures, we human beings have built defense mechanisms that prevent us from recognizing our love and compassion for self. Hypnotherapy is the most effective intervention to purge limiting beliefs and install positive empowering, self-promoting belief structures that propel you into your dreams and goals.

Nia is an amazing modality that blends some of the most powerful traditions in the world into an experience of free expression. Dance is a powerful tool for bodily expression and integration. As a dancer from a very young age, I don’t  know how I would have survived without dance. I was thrilled to find Nia because of its focus on the joy of movement.
