I would like the opportunity to discuss the steps that La Perla has taken to make sure we are serving the highest quality food at all times. All of our ingredients are handpicked but recently we have gone a step further. We have replaced all of our cooking water with spring water. This has been done to make sure we do not have any impurities in our meals. Chef/Owner Vittorio Testa would love to discuss the importance of quality ingredients and his belief in how quality ingredients, that includes spring water, makes exceptional cuisine.
