ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - Nov. 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Jason’s By The Circle, an exciting new eatery taking up residence in the City of Orange, will kick off Grand Opening celebrations with a ribbon-cutting ceremony planned from noon to 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 19 at 513 E. Chapman Ave in Orange.

“We are thrilled for the chance to serve the City of Orange and look forward to the ribbon-cutting event where we will meet and mingle and introduce ourselves to the public. Settling into the thriving restaurant scene here will allow me to create the kind of fun and inspired dishes that I know everyone will love,” said Jason Kordas, who previously operated the catering and events for the Santa Ana Performing Arts and Events Center in the Historic Masonic Temple in Downtown Santa Ana.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony not only makes Jason’s By The Circle’s debut official, but will also provide guests the opportunity to learn more about this popular eatery that has already made a big impression with restaurant-goers in the Old Towne district of Santa Ana.

Serving dinner, the eatery exudes a casual-sophisticated ambiance and boasts a delectable menu of “New-Cal” cuisine that blends New York’s bold tastes with California’s easy vibe.

Entrée selections include Moroccan Lamb Tajine and Bastilla, Caribbean Seafood Crepes and Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Coq au Vin and Shepherd’s Pie, Prime Skirt Steak, Rib Eye and Filet as well as Brown Sugar Pork Chop Calvados & Colorado Rack of Lamb.

Not many chefs can count such illustrious patrons as musical rock groups Van Halen and Depeche Mode among his fans, but Kordas can. Additionally, he has satisfied the culinary tastes of such notable figures as former President Bill Clinton, former Vice President Al Gore, former California Governor Pete Wilson, and Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez.

Jason’s Catered Events JCE is the exclusive caterer to Hamilton Oaks Winery in San Juan Capistrano, a preferred caterer for the Fullerton Arboretum and one of five exclusive caterers at The Nixon Presidential Library and Museum.

Kordas has been in the restaurant and catering business for more than 25 years.  His New York background and cooking influences of Greek, Italian and Corsican -- as well as Moroccan and the Caribbean -- provide the owner and executive chef with a colorful background and inspired menu.

Jason’s By The Circle is located at 513 E. Chapman Ave, in Orange.  The restaurant is open for dinner from 5 to 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday; and 5 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; and closed on Sundays. Full catering services are also available.  For more information, please call 714-347-1130 or visit them online at www.jasonscatering.com.
