Redd Ladys Inc. announces the "Cutting The F.A.T." Cooking Therapy Tour

Dec. 15, 2015 - PRLog -- To celebrate their one (1) year anniversary, Redd Ladys, Inc. introduces the "Cutting the F.A.T." Cooking Therapy Tour (CTF) in March 2016. A monthly- four (4) day event that will consists of cooking classes, cultural events & lifestyle workshops. CTF is geared towards men & women from 25-65. This unique event boasts estimated crowds of 150-200 attendees.

We utilize cooking as the means of communication and expression. Cooking Therapy has aided Couples, Single Individuals, Corporate Management Teams, Familial Entities, Mentally Impaired People, & those just seeking a change in life.

We have crafted a palate pleasing event with:

·      -   A Hospitality & Entertainment Job Fair, Fashion Shows, VIP Mixer, Big Hat Brunch & more

·      -   Powerful workshops & cooking experiences that make attendees reflect on life changes while learning life skills.

·     -    A variety of business marketing opportunities

These four (4) days involves workshops facilitated by Chef Kami Redd & friends.

Cutting the F.A.T.: Fallacies And Truths is a group session that focuses on meat fabrication, while being in discussion on honesty with one’s self, and cutting away the F.A.T. Freeing ourselves of the Fallacies And Tales we create to block us from living up to our true potential, and creating the relationships we desire.

April 14-17, 2016 & November 10-13, 2016

Taking your Relationship from Simmer to Boil is a workshop dedicated to teaching couples about communication, team building, & intimacy. We assist couples with developing 10 relationship goals– from the basic to the more advanced – to enhance your relationship and sex life.

July 14-17, 2016 & December 8-11, 2016

Getting Out of the Frying Pan & Into the Fire: Finding & Accepting Love Again is a liberating discussion or workshop that focuses on finding love after death, divorce, or an unhealthy breakup.
