Compass Catholic To Raise Money During Giving Tuesday

ORLANDO, Fla. - Nov. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- Compass Catholic Ministries, which teaches Biblical financial principles, will be raising money on Giving Tuesday for publication of a book that helps parents teach children about financial responsibility and the value of saving early in their lives. Giving Tuesday, which started in 2011, aims to balance the spending frenzy Black Friday and Cyber Monday with a day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. Giving Tuesday launches the charitable season with a strong focus on holiday and end-of-year giving.

The book will be written and published with the money raised during Compass Catholic’s #Teach2Save Giving Tuesday campaign. Parents will be able to use the book in a home school environment or at the dinner table to share Biblical financial principles with their children so the children can form responsible financial habits early in life.
