MC Hotel Construction To Build Kansas SpringHill Suites By Marriott

LENEXA, Kan. - Nov. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- MC Hotel Construction, which specializes in new hotel construction and hotel renovation, was recently selected as the general contractor for a new SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Lenexa, Kan.  The $15 million, 86,000-square-foot five-story project will include 124 all-suite rooms, 1,300-square-foot meeting space, lobby bar, fitness center, indoor pool, 5,200 square feet of retail space, and a 184-space parking garage.  Completion date is set for September, 2016.

Located in Johnson County at 17190 W. 87^th Street Parkway, the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Lenexa, Kan. is 24 miles southwest of downtown Kansas City, Mo. and will be a part of the Lenexa City Center development.  St. Louis-based hotel owner, operator and developer Midas Hospitality is developing and managing the property.

Founded in 2010, MC Hotel Construction has built hotels for four global brands including Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Starwood.  The company, which has built 12 hotels in five states, is located at 46 Worthington Access Dr. in Maryland Heights, Mo.
