The new features include an innovative multi-lingual chat service, advanced CRM & segmentation methodology, and app-like features with swiping capabilities via a single page application.
These significantly improves player experience, which the operator has said will give its partners a competitive edge in the market, helping to attract new users as well as maximizing existing players’ potential.
The platform is customized on a brand level, addresses the specific needs of each partner and is marketed accordingly. In addition, the platform is available in a variety of languages.
The company license extends to the mobile market and is certified in Malta, the UK and Denmark.
