Actor and Producer Robert La Sardo signs with Duke and Sterling

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Robert spent his childhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn, known as Flatbush. Robert grew up near the famous Steeple Chase amusement park, known by most as Coney Island. In 1986, Robert participated in the working observer program at The Actors Studio. Long before the studio developed its now notable forum, this program allowed Robert to observe actors like Shelly Winters, Lee Grant, Christopher Walken and Ellen Burstyn teach fellow members at the studio. Robert also studied at the Stella Adler Conservatory in New York City under Tara Bolds. His first Hollywood film was a three month contract with Warner Bros. in a supporting role in a film called "Moving" (1988) starring legendary comedian Richard Pryor. This marked the beginning of a film and television career that has spanned three decades. Most recently, Robert wrapped an independent feature film, “The Pizza Joint” (2016), in Houston, Texas.
