He has been a Colorado licensed Real Estate broker since 1975 and has 40 years of experience in real estate sales, land development, and consultation.

Merlin’s accomplishments include 10 years with Vail, Associates Inc., General Manager of Castle Pines Village and the Castle Pines Golf Club, General Manager of Plum Creek development and Golf Club, Castle Rock, Colorado, Partner in the Sapphire Point development, Castle Rock, Colorado, general manager and /or partner of several other Colorado developments including a 15,000 acres real estate development in Texas.
