Triple Silver Awards for Belvoir!

Nov. 9, 2015 - PRLog -- “I am delighted that Belvoir won Silver for Franchise Group of the Year at the Negotiator Awards 2015, which is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious events on the awards calendar,” said Dorian Gonsalves, Belvoir’s Director of Commercial and Franchising. “It was also fantastic that two of our offices – Belvoir Swansea and Belvoir Leamington Spa – won Silver for Wales Agency of the Year and West Midlands Agency of the Year.”

The Negotiator Awards, which are judged by a panel of industry experts, was held at the London Hilton on Park Lane, and hosted by impressionist Alistair McGowan. This year’s event attracted a record number of entries, making the competition to win one of the top awards extremely tough.

“The Negotiator’s Franchise of the Year Silver Award is a celebration of Belvoir’s growth and innovation, plus its supports systems, services and commitment to our franchise owners,” said Dorian.

“Belvoir Swansea, which is run by husband and wife team Ben and Daisy Davies, recently celebrated fives years in business and has rapidly established itself as one of the leading letting agents in Swansea and the Gower. Last year Ben and Daisy won Bronze at the Negotiator Awards and it is no surprise that their continual improvements have been recognised and they have now scooped the Silver.

“John and Sue Warburton, who won Silver for the West Midlands Agency of the Year, only took over the Belvoir Leamington Spa office three years ago and have worked extremely hard to grow their business to the level it has now achieved. In addition, John and Sue are always incredibly generous with their time and do an awful lot for charity in their local community, and I believe that this success is very well deserved.

“Earlier this year Belvoir won Franchise of the Year for a record fifth time at the Sunday Times Awards.
