The CMS rating system is a widely used consumer tool considered to be the gold standard for evaluating skilled care centers. Wingate at Ulster’s 5-Star rating was achieved as a cumulative result of the past three years of surveys conducted by the Department of Public Health. The survey assesses the quality of care, health and safety, nursing staffing levels and outcome measurements.
