JPI Appoints Two Executives to Management and Development Positions

DALLAS - Nov. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- JPI, a national developer, builder and investment manager of Class A multifamily assets, has named one asset manager and one development associate to its leadership team. These two executives are based in the Dallas office and are among the growing number of employees in JPI’s offices in Texas, Arizona and California. These two promotions add to the momentum JPI is experiencing after recently announcing two new vice presidents and one senior vice president to its leadership team in Dallas.

Scott Langley was promoted to Asset Manager and will oversee all asset management activities in the central region. Langley joined JPI in January with more than 10 years of multi-family experience. Prior to joining the company, Langley served as a Development Manager for SNK Realty Group where he was responsible for management of $300 million in new development.He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Blake Taylor was promoted to Development Associate. Since 2014, Taylor has played a key supporting role with JPI as an investment analyst, handling underwriting, market research and deal analysis. In his new role, Taylor is responsible for acquisition, development and asset management activities for the central region. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
