Aggregion successfully demonstrates its unique DLM and DRM technology at Frankfurt Bookfair 2015

CHELMSFORD, U.K. - Nov. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- In early October, Aggregion attended the international book fair in Frankfurt. FBF is a traditional venue where the largest publishers meet their existing partners and find new ones. Held every year, the Frankfurt fair has long been and remains the publishing industry’s main networking event. From 14 to 17 October 2015, Aggregion had held over 40 meetings with publishing industry representatives, successfully showcasing its business relationship with Bookbridge – the leading online retailer of foreign literature in the CIS countries. This project amply illustrates how Aggregion controls licensing and content distribution using its original DLM and DRM technologies. Tracking and data collection functionality available to copyright holders switching to the Aggregion platform constituted yet another important component of this demonstration.

The platform’s unique capabilities that allow for license tracking every step of the way and its automatically generated three-dimensional distribution network model came as a true revelation for many of the copyright holders who had never had access to any such content management and reporting tools before.Following Aggregion’s meetings with such partners as Cambridge University Press, Elsevier, Edinumen, Hueber, Hachette Education, Klett Macmillan, McGraw Hill, Oxford University Press and SGEL, among others, a number of understandings were reached to expand current cooperation efforts and launch new pilot projects in the CIS market. At the moment, the publishing industry is primarily interested in developing new electronic content distribution channels. All our partners unanimously agreed that the business model presented by Aggregion is a unique marketing solution that currently has no rivals and may well empower all market participants to actively promote and implement new sales channels while at the same time preserving their traditional distribution models.
