BEVERLY, Mass. - Nov. 4, 2015 - PRLog -- Michelle Theriault, Realtor and Agent at The Quail Group RE/MAX Advantage in Beverly, is featured in the November issue of Top Agent Magazine (http://www.topagentmagazine.com/top-agent-magazine-massac...). Named a “rising star” by the publication, Theriault, in under 18 months, has rocketed to being one of the top real estate buyers' agents on the North Shore. Michelle is on track to close over 20 transactions this year alone.

“I couldn’t be more proud of Michelle and her efforts,” says Mike Quail, leader of the Quail Group team that is part of RE/MAX Advantage in Beverly. “Her dedication to her clients is unmatched. We feel very fortunate to have such a bright, tenacious and dedicated agent on our team.”

Theriault, who spent most of her career helping others get healthy through personal and nutritional training, decided to try her hand at real estate investing for her first foray into the real estate arena. She learned first-hand the ins and outs of buying and selling property which would prove an invaluable experience in helping her find the best homes for her clients. “To me, helping clients achieve their dreams of home ownership is not just about finding a house that checks off a few things on their list, but finding them a place that feels like home,” says Theriault.

Her success is no accident however. Even after many years of learning through working with people in her personal training business and tirelessly studying the real estate industry and those who are most successful, Theriault attributes her overwhelming success to her team. “I was very fortunate to join a great team at The Quail Group. They provide me with proven systems and personal and professional development training. We are all striving to bring our clients true happiness and use real estate as a vehicle for that.”

Her clients feel fortunate as well. Recent clients Dick and Diana Sauchuk of Danvers say, “Michelle’s knowledge, professionalism, honesty, use of up-to-date technology, and her commitment in representing our best interests made our experience convenient and comfortable. Michelle’s attention to detail and her willingness to seek out other resources provided us with information far beyond a typical transaction. What she does, the way she does it you can’t learn, it comes naturally. She has a gift, she is a gift.”
