The Fountains Care Centre car wash raises £125 for residents' fund

SALFORD, U.K. - Oct. 31, 2015 - PRLog -- The car washing event, which took place with the support of Pendleton Platinum Morris Dancing troupe, whose members endured a bit of a soaking on the day, saw more than 20 vehicles turn up to be washed.

James Grant-Parkes, a director of Liberty Healthcare which manages The Fountains Care Centre, said that, 'this is a great achievement on behalf of The Fountains Care Centre, well done to all of the staff involved, and thank you very much to the volunteers who gave up their time to help out.'

This is just one of the many initiatives undertaken by the staff at The Fountains Care Centre this year in order to raise money for their residents fund which which so far this year has funded raffle prizes, additional activities and entertainment for the residents of The Fountains Care Centre.
