PRLog -- Abdul A Jaludi, from Milford, PA and author of The Command Center Handbook, filed a civil suit on 10/27/2015 in the Middle District of PA federal district court against Citigroup seeking a cease and desist and compensation for retaliatory actions which commenced when Jaludi raised concerns with the Operations and Technology division's problem management process and the units ability to successfully recover the banks computer systems in the event of a disaster. Jaludi also calls for the establishment of an outside independent firm for employees to raise ethics concerns without fear of retaliation. Court: PAMDCE Case # 3:2015-cv-02076
