Follow on Google News | Thing Trunk announces Return 2 GamesThing Trunk promises a return to the roots of PC gaming with the R2G game series. And it’s not retro! Teaser and preview program available now.
By: Thing Trunk When playing new games, do you ever sense that you’re not having as much fun as you should be? That the games don’t live up to their hype? That they’re not as engaging as the games you remember from when you were younger? Do you really have the time to master all the quests in the latest DLC of that big AAA hit game you were waiting for? And are you really spending quality time when playing the latest “Angry” mobile game during your daily commute? If any of these questions resonate with you, you’ll want to know more about R2G. Thing Trunk has just revealed that, for the past 3 years, they have been quietly working on Return 2 Games – a series of unique mid-core games inspired by the golden days of PC gaming. There will be 7 games in total, each unique in terms of genre and theme, but all sharing the same vision. Each R2G title will be a tribute to a single hit game from the 90’s – a reimagining of a single universal story for a brand-new audience, using modern means and innovative gameplay mechanics. The newly launched teaser contains hints about the themes of first two games in the series and about the visual style developed exclusively for R2G. WATCH THE R2G TEASER ON THE R2G WEBSITE: http://www.return2games.com Along with the teaser, the R2G team has launched its Sneak-Peek program. Everyone who subscribes now will get a chance to preview the games and influence their development before their official release. More information on R2G and the details of the first game will be revealed early next year, along with the launch of the full R2G website. In the meantime, you can follow the development of the games on the Thing Trunk Dev Blog thingtrunk.com End
